Refer & Be Rewarded

Eligibility

• The referred client must be new to Monterra Stone — no existing quote, enquiry, account or project on record at the time of referral.
• The referral must be submitted through this form, or the client must name the referrer at their first enquiry.
• The referrer may be a past client, trade partner or member of the public. Monterra Stone employees, contractors and their immediate households are not eligible.
• Referrals must be submitted before the referred client's first quote is issued.

Confirmation Requirements

• A project is "confirmed" when the client accepts a final quote following site measure and pays the required deposit or first instalment.
• Reward value is calculated as 1% of the total order value excluding GST, as stated on the final confirmed quote.
• The new client's 1% discount is applied to their first confirmed order at invoicing.
• The referrer's 1% credit note or cashback is issued after the referred project is confirmed and the deposit has cleared. Cashback is paid by EFT to nominated Australian bank details; credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue.
• Where a project is cancelled, refunded or the deposit is reversed, the reward is withdrawn or reversed accordingly.

Exclusions

• Rewards do not apply to slab-only purchases without fabrication, sample orders, delivery-only charges, or GST.
• Rewards cannot be combined with trade-account pricing, promotional discounts or other referral rewards on the same order.
• Self-referrals, referrals between related entities, and referrals of a client already in contact with Monterra Stone are not eligible.
• One reward per confirmed project. Variations and additional works on the same project do not generate further rewards.
• Monterra Stone may amend or withdraw this program at any time. Changes do not affect referrals already submitted and confirmed.
